SCORPIO V
Building on the principles and engineering of the Scorpio Classic stabilized head, the design and capabilities of the new gyros, new mechanics and new software makes the Scorpio V faster, easier, and more effective. Faster in terms of pan speeds up to 360º in 2.8 seconds with HD slip rings and the speed of adjustment to head size and configuration. Easier to control stability, drift, and horizon with tech-friendly usability.
The Scorpio V’s effective level of stabilization incorporates new mechanics and electronics designed to detect a broad rangeof frequencies of vibrations and with enough speed to correct faster than other heads.
Measuring at 25 inches wide and 20 inches deep, the Scorpio V head has a minimum underslung height of 35 5/16 inches and a minimum overslung height of 22 7/8 inches. It has a maximum camera payload of 100 pounds.
Like its predecessor, the Scorpio V offers a full size frame for quick and easy camera installation with little limitation with larger payloads, programmable limits, backpan compensation, wireless capability, and motion repeatability (even in stabilization mode).

MATRIX 4 AXIS GIMBAL
The Matrix is a 4-axis gimbal that features an open architecture and one redundant axis. This allows the gimbal to be mounted in any orientation and still maintain polarity of pan, tilt and roll without experiencing gimbal lock. It is the only 4 axis gimbal to offer 360 continuous roll without a patch cable between the twist and tilt axis.
There are two primary operating modes. The image relative mode allows you to operate in relation to the image on the monitor and does not relate to earth’s horizon. This allows the operator to focus on the subject rather than on whether the pan axis will become the roll axis halfway through the shot. Earth relative mode acts in relation to earth’s horizon and will always maintain a level horizon even in high G-force conditions.

Ronin 2
Ronin 2
The Ronin 2 gimbal is DJI’s advanced camera movement system designed to maximize shooting time in several different configurations. This mountable and hand-held stabilized gimbal is a lightweight and portable system that many professional filmmakers rely on for creating high quality productions.
An update from the original Ronin, this motorized stabilization system is suitable for a range of camera and lens configurations, boasting a payload capacity of 30 pounds. This means it can be used for everything from DSLRs up to cinema cameras such as the ARRI ALEXA Mini or Sony FS7. Upgraded high-torque motors allow the gimbal to support a wider range of cameras, resist high winds and G-forces caused when mounted onto a car, and keep it moving smoothly in flight.
Like its predecessor, the Ronin 2 features support for underslung, upright, and briefcase operation modes to help you achieve the best angle. However, it has been redesigned to enable easy transition between upright and underslung modes without changing the position of the camera. It also offers several other improvements, such as enhancements to the control software and physical design to simplify taking complex shots without sacrificing performance, all while making important functions more readily accessible.

Egripment 306
The Scorpio 10’ is a two-part telescopic crane with tilt, pan, and arm encoder reading for high-quality motion capturing. The two-section arm is designed for operator flexibility and offers a universal fit to attach to any dolly.
The maximum lens height is 15’4” overslung with a telescoping range of 7’7”, extending and retracting as fast as 6’ per second. The base width can adjust from 2’1” to 3’2” with a minimum door clearance of 5’8”. The full extended arm reach is 10’6,” and the retracted reach is 2’11”. The overall arm length extended is 14’4”.
The Scorpio 10’ has two different operation modes: electronic and manual. The default electronic mode allows telescopic electronic movement, powering the crane by batteries and warranting high precision, smooth footage in low and high-speed movements. The manual mode gives control to the Camera Operator to move the telescopic arm and create unique shots that match their vision.
One of the unique features of the Scorpio 10 is the “Arc compensation,” which automatically corrects the arc generated by motion, both in horizontal and vertical movement, keeping the camera line straight. Additionally, the Scorpio 10 features back panning through the system’s advanced software capabilities. This crane has added value to the creative vision of filmmakers for years while also adding production value and extended functionality to those behind the camera
